We print on all standard envelope sizes, including DL, C5 and C4. We also offer custom sizes if you need something specific. DL fits A4 folded in thirds, C5 fits A4 folded in half, and C4 fits A4 flat without folding.

Yes. We offer full-colour CMYK printing as well as black-only print. Your logo, return address or any branding elements can be printed on the front, back or flap of the envelope, depending on the layout.

Yes. We stock both plain face and window face envelopes in standard sizes. Window face envelopes are commonly used for invoices, statements and other documents with address blocks already printed inside.

Secretive envelopes have a patterned inner lining that helps keep the contents confidential. These are often used by medical practices, legal firms and financial organisations.

Yes. We offer variable data printing services for envelopes, allowing you to include different names and addresses on each envelope in your print run. This is useful for mailouts, newsletters or campaigns where personalisation matters.

We recommend supplying a high-resolution PDF with at least 3mm bleed. Files should be in CMYK colour mode, with fonts outlined and images embedded. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we can check it before print.

Yes. We print locally in Melbourne but can ship Australia-wide on request. Just let us know your delivery address when you request a quote and we’ll include freight options.
