A6 (105 x 148 mm) – the most popular postcard format
DL (99 x 210 mm) – fits standard envelope sizes
Square or custom sizes available on request

Postcards can be printed:

With gloss, matte, or uncoated finishes
With or without a writable surface on one side

A6 is the most common postcard size, measuring 105 x 148 mm. It’s compact, cost-effective to print, and fits easily into most envelopes and mailboxes.

Yes. If you plan to handwrite a message, we recommend an uncoated or matte side. Gloss coatings can be difficult to write on with pens or markers.

Yes. We can personalise postcards with unique names, codes or addresses using variable data printing. This is ideal for mailouts, personalised vouchers or campaign tracking.

Absolutely. You can have full-colour printing on both sides, or a photo on one side and a plain or writable reverse. We can help prepare your artwork if you’re unsure how to set it up.

We typically recommend 350gsm or 400gsm card for a sturdy, professional result. Thicker stocks hold up better through mailing and handling, and they look more premium.
